  I have recently moved with Oakbrooks Removals. The service was amazing and the staff were professional. My wife and i were very impressed and grateful for all their hard work. They packed the house up the day before as again the service was outstanding. Thank you again, your rate was the most competitive and the service was first class. Would defiantly recommend. Mark

• Review of "More Than Just Cards" at Chapeltown

  Absolutely disgusted n upset by this shops lack of customer services within this shop today n they way I was spoken too. The Mr is so arrogant n its fair to say I will never be stepping foot in there again. I wanted a nice girly gift for a 30th, ideally two, two birthday cards n wrapping paper or bag. They lady kindly showed me the 30th gifts they had but they didnt seem right for the person I was buying for so I asked if I could leave two cards I had already picked on counter which id be back for in 5 mins. I arrive back around 10mins later with a bag from another shop, which the Mr clearly did not like as he said this out loud to the Mrs. I continue to pick up wrapping paper n was going to ask from another gift n a ballon from this shop once at the counter. I arrived at the counter with the gifts n said I had two cards also please; which he repaid in an aggressive tone "we put them back how long did u expect us to wait for" so due to his tone I said it doesnt matter n put the wrapping paper down and began to walking out of the shop thinking I dont deserve to be spoken to like that; he continue to shout as me saying I had been messing them around; by this he means I wanted to see the gifts on the top shelve or in the glass unit n asking for prices as these were not clear, he said It was being fussy due to price. Sorry Mr but if u knew me if know that it isnt done to price its down to if the tat is worth the money n if I should buy 1,2or 3 gifts to make it a valuable gift. I thought it I was the customer and its my choice what or where I buy from n if I wish to look before I buy this is also my choice; it is not my fault that I found a better gift elsewhere, which, after the events I went to buy another gifts n both cards from so ur loss n Im glad I didnt put money into ur foul mouthed pocket!
